Vintage Guerlain L'Heure Bleue Perfume Bottle with Original Box and Presentation Case - Bat Wing Stopper

The crown jewel of any vintage perfume collection — this is a vintage Guerlain L'Heure Bleue perfume bottle in its original tortoiseshell-pattern presentation box and fitted case, one of the most iconic and collectible vintage fragrances in the world. L'Heure Bleue — "The Blue Hour" — was created by Jacques Guerlain in 1912 and remains one of the great masterpieces of perfumery.

The bottle is the legendary Guerlain quadrilobe form — a heavy clear crystal flacon with four rounded lobes at the base and the iconic "bat wing" or heart-shaped crystal stopper with its distinctive scrolled center. The original gold cord seal is still tied at the neck, and the original circular Guerlain L'Heure Bleue label in cream, gold, and navy is fully intact and legible. A small amount of the original perfume remains in the bottle.

The bottle sits in its original cream silk-lined fitted presentation case with a molded bottle rest, all housed within the magnificent Guerlain tortoiseshell-pattern outer box decorated with exquisite cream figural pastoral illustrations — a gardener with trees on the front, and a figure with a goat on the sides — framed by a delicate laurel leaf border. The box is in remarkable condition for its age.
