Antique Jos. Heinrichs Pure Copper Tea Caddy – Quatrefoil Tobacco Jar with Lid
A distinguished antique copper canister by Jos. Heinrichs, the celebrated Paris and New York metalsmith known for exceptional quality copper and silverware in the early 20th century. Stamped on the base: "JOS. HEINRICHS, PARIS + NEW YORK, PURE COPPER." The body features a beautiful quatrefoil/scalloped form — four softly curved panels rising to a fitted round collar and domed lid with a ball knob finial. The darkened interior suggests use as a tobacco jar, though it would serve equally well as a tea caddy or decorative box.
